If I may share
with you the information I received from the Murphy Monitor Paper published in
Murphy Texas.

HVAC is getting ready for the Spring / Summer 2013. Soon, we will begin to schedule your
preventative maintenance for this Spring; please be mindful to keep the filters
changed, set thermostat up temperature 2 - 3 degrees higher which will help to lower cooling costs and
think of ways to make your home more energy efficient.
A little side note about the family, my oldest daughter has made
the A, B honor roll at Dodd Elementary; we are so thankful for the educators at
Dodd, our twin girls are turning 4 years old in April.
Lastly, we have a
new mascot we will add to our truck and website. I am taking suggestions on what to
call our new cartoon cooling and heating hero, please make suggestions.
